Soya Chunks Pulao

Ingredients to make Soya Chunks Pulao

  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • Soya bean chunks 1 cup
  • carrot 1 chopped
  • capsicum 1 chopped
  • peas 1/2 cup
  • potato 1 chopped
  • onion 1 chopped
  • ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • Green chilli as per taste
  • lemon 1
  • Pav bhaji 1 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Lalmirch powder as per taste
  • oil 2 to 3 tbsp

How to make Soya Chunks Pulao

  1. First boil soyachunks in water for 5 minutes. Squeeze and keep aside.
  2. Take a pan. Add oil when hot. Add onions and saute till golden.
  3. Next add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell is gone.
  4. Add tomatoes, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Saute well.
  5. Add green chilli and all the chopped vegetables. Mix in salt and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Put pav bhaji masala and give it a stir.
  7. Add rice and lemon juice. Mix everything well. Serve hot.

My Tip:

You can add paneer also. Serve with any raita and papad.
