Ingredients to make Awesome twosome

  • cauliflower 1 whole
  • Green capsicum 2
  • potatoes 2 big
  • onions 2 medium
  • tomatoes 2 medium
  • garlic 7 buds
  • paneer 250 gms
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • jeera 1 tsp
  • hing a pinch
  • haldi powder 1/2 tsp
  • dhania powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Lal mirch powder 1 tsp
  • salt as required
  • curry leaves for tadka and garnish

How to make Awesome twosome

  1. First of all wash and cut all vegetables.
  2. Take a wok, add oil when it is slightly heated. Add jeera, hing and curry leaves.
  3. Afterwards add chopped onions and saute well.
  4. Now add chopped tomatoes and mix well.
  5. Add all dry masala and mix well.
  6. Add cauliflower, green capsicum and potatoes. Mix well.
  7. Add minced garlic and mix well.
  8. Cook for sometime and stir occasionally.
  9. When cooked turn off the gas and add cubes of Paneer and mix well.
  10. Serve with chapati or poori.

My Tip:

Do not saute garlic. Adding garlic minced without saute will have an amazing aroma to the vegetables.
