Ingredients to make Sweet bun balls

  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup muesli
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Some resins
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • water for kneading

How to make Sweet bun balls

  1. Soak the yeast in Luke warm water with sugar. In a mixing bowl add flour, muesli, resin and mix them. Add activated yeast and mix it well. Now add a pinch of salt.
  2. Knead a soft dough with the help of water. Add olive oil and mix it well. Cover the dough and rest it until it become double in size. It will take at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade. Knock out the excess air from the dough and divide it in 6 equal halves. Grease a muffin tray and keep the balls. Bake tham at 180 degree centigrade for 25-30 minutes.
