Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Falafel preparation:
  2. 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  3. 1 tbsp green chillies
  4. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  8. 1 to 2 tbsp water
  9. Tahini:
  10. 1/2 cup rotated sesame seeds
  11. 1 tsp oil
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1 tbsp green chillies
  14. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  15. 1 tbsp water
  16. Pita bread:
  17. 1 cup all purpose flour
  18. 1 tsp yeast
  19. 1 tsp sugar
  20. 1 tsp Salt
  21. 1 tbsp oil
  22. Water as required to make soft dough
  23. Filling for sandwich:
  24. 1/2 cup tomato slices
  25. 1 cup cabbage
  26. 1/2 cup green capsicum
  27. 1/2 cup grated carrots
  28. 1 cup sour cream
  29. 1 cup processed cheese

Instructions

  1. Falafel:
  2. Add all ingredients in mixing jar and make falafel balls from that paste and deep fry them
  3. Tahini:
  4. Add all ingredients in a mixing jar and make tahini
  5. Pita bread:
  6. In a bowl yeast, sugar and warm water and let it prove.
  7. Add all purpose flour, salt, oil into it and add required water to make a soft dough.
  8. Place it in a warm place for 1 hour.
  9. Now roll it out and make then like phulka rotis and cut them in the middle to make a hollow bread.
  10. Fill it with veggies, tahini, falafel balls, sour cream and on top lots of cheese and serve it.
