ABOUT Green Chili Masala RECIPE

In India, in summer there is not a lot of varieties of vegetables available so we make chili masala which goes very well with every vegetable.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Green chili 100 gms
  2. Methi/fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  3. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  4. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Oil 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Tamarind/lemon juice as per taste
  8. Methi/fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Tamarind/lemon juice 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Slit a chili from the middle or make two-parts of it.
  2. Take a pan add drop of oil add methi, coriander powder, turmeric powder and roast them.
  3. Now add chili and salt. Mix them all.
  4. Next add tamarind water or lemon juice and cover them for a while.
  5. Chilies are ready to serve. You can keep them in fridge for 3-4 weeks
  6. Serve these chilies with aloo paratha or with dhokla.
