Green Chili Masala

Ingredients to make Green Chili Masala

  • Green chili 100 gms
  • Methi/fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 1/4 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • tamarind/lemon juice as per taste

How to make Green Chili Masala

  1. Slit a chili from the middle or make two-parts of it.
  2. Take a pan add drop of oil add methi, coriander powder, turmeric powder and roast them.
  3. Now add chili and salt. Mix them all.
  4. Next add tamarind water or lemon juice and cover them for a while.
  5. Chilies are ready to serve. You can keep them in fridge for 3-4 weeks
  6. Serve these chilies with aloo paratha or with dhokla.

My Tip:

Dhokla tastes awesome with these chilies.
