ABOUT Pumpkin Cheese Ice cream RECIPE

Its a unique type of ice cream which has the taste of pumpkin and is very delicious to taste

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup Cottage cheese
  2. 1/2 cup Yoghurt
  3. 1 cup skimmed milk
  4. 3 tbsp. Sugar
  5. 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  6. 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
  7. 6-7 sweet cookies

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender (or food processor) and blend until smooth
  2. Pour mixture into a covered container.
  3. Place container in the freezer till it freezes.
  4. Take it out and cut in small pieces and blend again and re-freeze till done

so you don't have to cook the pumpkin puree first?
