ABOUT Rolled Sandwiches RECIPE

This sandwich serves the purpose of light snacks, finger food at small get together or can also cater your early evening hunger pangs. It's a great and mess free option for lunch box too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread Slices- 4 (sides cut)
  2. Paneer- 100 grams
  3. Chopped Green Chilli- 1
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. Coriander Chutney- 2 tablespoons
  7. Hung Curd- 2 tablespoons
  8. Jalapeños Chopped- 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Cut the sides of bread and flatten the slice with a rolling pin.
  2. Grate paneer and mix in chopped chillies with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare the jalapeño spread by mixing hung curd and chopped jalapeño and pinch of salt.
  4. Apply coriander chutney (any chutney of your choice). Even tomato sauce can be used if preparing for kids.
  5. Now apply jalapeño hung curd spread evenly.
  6. Add a teaspoon of paneer mix in the center evenly.
  7. Roll the bread slice from one end to another.
  8. Brush them with oil and cook them on flat tawa.
  9. Once golden brown, cut them diagonally from the center and serve them hot with chutney.
