It's a very good recipe for kid's tiffin, I adopted it from masterchef Pankaj Bhadouria.

Hot dog buns 4
Eggs 3
Heavy cream 1/2 cup
Grated mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Chopped spring onions 1 tsp
Chopped red/ yellow bellpeper 2 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Instructions

Cut the hot dog buns from the centre and make a boat shape cavity.
Take a bowl, add eggs, cream, bell peppers, spring onions, cheese, salt and black pepper. Mix all the ingredients well.
Fill the mixture in hot dog buns and bake it at 180 degree centigrade, preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
