Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup soya chunks
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. 1/2 cup corn flour
  4. 1tsp salt to taste
  5. 1 tsp red chilli
  6. 1tsp red chilli sauce
  7. 1tsp garam masalA
  8. 1tsp crushed black pepper
  9. 1cup water
  10. 1tsp ginger powder
  11. 1 tsp garlic powder
  12. 1 tsp green chilli
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook soya chunks for 2 whistles then remove water from it .
  2. Make a besan batter by adding all ingredients
  3. Coat all soya chunks in this batter and deep fry it until golden brown.
  4. Serve it with green and green chuttney and with fresh grated coconut and chilli flakes,
