ABOUT Cheese Spinach Idlis RECIPE

Healthy and yummy cheese spinach idlis is perfect for breakfast snacks Kids always like this idlis.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Readymade Idli batter
  2. Spinach purée -1/4cup
  3. Cheese slices
  4. Mozzarella cheese -3tsp
  5. Ginger- garlic chilly paste -1tsp
  6. Oil for greasing
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Put batter in a bowl add ginger garlic chilly paste and mix it well. Add spinach purée and salt and mix well .
  2. Now grease idli moulds with oil and pour this batter, also add some grated cheese on it .
  3. Pour some more batter on this cheese and steam for five min. Top with cheese slices and demould the idlis. Serve with any chutney .
