Tasty soft paneer and sweet corn sandwiched between bread.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slices - 6
  2. Grated Paneer - 1/2 cup
  3. Sweet corn (boiled) - 1/2 cup
  4. Grated cheese - 1/4 th cup
  5. Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
  6. Hari (green chutney) - 1 tbsp
  7. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilly powder - 1/4 th tsp
  9. Butter as required
  10. Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix all the ingredients except the Hari chutney and butter. Keep aside.
  2. 2. Now take the bread slices and cut the sides (optional). Spread butter on them.
  3. 3. Now apply the Hari chutney on them and then put a dollop of the Paneer mixture on each slice and cover it with another.
  4. 4. Grill them on a griddle pan by applying little butter on the sandwiches.
  5. P.S : Hari chutney was made with coriander leaves, mint leaves , garlic cloves, green chillies, salt, sugar and little tamarind.
