Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Creamcheese : 150 gram
  2. Sugar : 200 gram
  3. Milk : 100 ml
  4. Water : 1000 ml
  5. Jelly powder : 25 gram
  6. Coffee liquid : 150ml

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and creamcheese in the saucepan till you see small bubbles then remove it.
  2. Add the jelly powder, water and sugar in the other pan, bring to a boil on medium heat about 10 mins. After that, equally divide into 2 bowls.
  3. Mix the coffee powder into one bowl and fill the other bowl with creamcheese batter.
  4. Then pour into individual container, one coffee layer the next is creamcheese layer then chill 2hrs till it hardens and keep in the fridge.
  5. Cut into the small pieces and serve.
