Ingredients to make Cheesy Kuzhipaniyaram

  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • 1/2 cup urad dal
  • 1 tbsp channa dal
  • 1 small cup poha
  • 1 teaspoon methi

How to make Cheesy Kuzhipaniyaram

  1. Soak all these things except poha, soak that separately.
  2. Grind, & leave it for 10 hours for fermenting, make paniyaram, by adding 1 spoon oil in the particular vessel, cover & cook till the outer layer becomes brown. Flip & cook for 2 minutes.

My Tip:

Add grated cheese in the batter, & sprinkle some grated cheese while cooking too.
