Cheese Burst Onion Mint Flat Bread

Ingredients to make Cheese Burst Onion Mint Flat Bread

  • wheat flour 1 1/2 cup
  • mint leaves finely chopped 1tbsp
  • onion finely chopped 1 large
  • green chilly finely chopped 1
  • red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 1/4 cup
  • grated cheese 8 tbsp
  • cheese spread 4 tbsp
  • salt as per taste

How to make Cheese Burst Onion Mint Flat Bread

  1. Mix wheat flour, mint leaves, green chilly, salt, red chilly powder, onion, oil and little water and knead a dough. The dough should be tight ,so use very little water.
  2. Now divide the dough into four portions.
  3. Take a portion ,roll it with rolling pin and place 2 tbsp of grated cheese on the center.
  4. Fold it and make a ball from it ,then again roll it with rolling pin into a round shaped chapati. It should be little bit thick.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan. Put the chapati on it and cook it on medium flame from both the sides. When half cooked apply little oil on both the sides, and cook till it is done.
  6. Now remove it in a plate and let cool.
  7. Spread 1 tbsp of cheese spread on it.
  8. Similarly make other three flat breads.
  9. Now cut each flat bread into four pieces , and serve.
