Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups wheat flour
  2. 2 cups methi leaves
  3. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  5. Salt
  6. Cheese grated
  7. ghee

Instructions

  1. Finely cut methi leaves, add flour, turmeric, garam masala and salt and knead the dough.
  2. Keep it aside for 5 mins. Then make dough balls. Roll them a little and add grated cheese then fold that roll out to required size.
  3. Fry out on pan. Apply ghee on top. Serve hot
