Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Bhakhri:
  2. Wheat flour -1 cup
  3. Oats -2tsp
  4. Cumin seeds and sesame-1 tsp each
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil- 2tsp
  7. For Sandwich:
  8. Onion fine chopped-1 medium size
  9. Tomatoes - 1 medium size
  10. Capsicum- 1 tsp
  11. Chesse cube- 2 cubes
  12. Chaat masala as per taste
  13. green chutney
  14. Ketchup for serving

Instructions

  1. For Bhakhri:
  2. Mix all the ingredients for Bhakhri and make a hard dough using water as needed.
  3. Make 8 equal balls and roll bhakhri and cook on pan till done. Keep aside.
  4. For Sandwich:
  5. Chop onion, tomato, capsicum finely and put in a bowl add chat masala , salt and mix it .
  6. Apply green chutney on all 8 bhakhris keep 4 Bhakhris in a row and put the onion salad mix equally on all 4. Grate cheese on all 4 as per choice. Cover them with another 4 bhakhris and grill on pan or toaster till nice crisp. Cut in four parts and Serve hot with ketchup .
