How to make Ande ki Sabji

  1. In a pan put 2 tbsp ghee.
  2. Add chopped onions and saute till golden brown.
  3. Now put in chopped tomatoes, green chillies and again saute till tender and start leaving oil from edges.
  4. After this add salt and spices. Mix well.
  5. Spread this onion and tomato mixture evenly in the pan and then break eggs on top of this.
  6. Sprinkle little salt and red chilli pwd on all the eggs.
  7. Do not mix eggs with onion mixture. Cover and let it cook for 10 mins.
  8. Lastly garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  9. Cut into parts and serve.

My Tip:

This tastes best in pure ghee. If not using ghee you can mk this dish in butter. If u do not have Maggi cube you can put kitchen king masala or garam masala.
