Easy to make soft cookies.

Ingredients Serving: 8

1 1/2cup refined flore
1 cup Butter
1 cup Icing sugar
1 egg
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp soda

Instructions

Take mixing bowl, add butter and icing sugar. Beat till it becomes light and fluffy.
Add egg, beat again.
Add refined flour, baking powder and soda.
Make a thin dough. Pour in a piping bag with star shape nozzle.
Preheat oven at 180'for 5 minutes.
Take tray and make round zigzag designer cookies in the tray and put it in fridge for few minutes.
Now bake the cookies in oven at 180' for 7-8 minutes.
