  • 1cup cubed roasted pumpkin
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1tbsp oregano/mixed herbs
  • 1/2 cup milk and water each
  • Grated cheese and croutons for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp chilly flakes
  • A pinch of sugar

How to make Pumpkin Broth
