Ingredients to make Makhaniya

  • 1 1/2 cup refined flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 soda
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp jeera (cumin)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon Juice

How to make Makhaniya

  1. Take bowl add refined flour, salt, jeera, soda, baking powder, butter and lemon juice make a dough.
  2. Keep aside for 30 minutes in warm place.
  3. Now make ball from it. Spread butter on it. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven 210'15 minutes.
  5. Noe bake it at 210'for 25 minutes.
  6. After baking apply butter on the top of cookies.
