Stuffed Chocolate Crepe

Ingredients to make Stuffed Chocolate Crepe

  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • sugar 1 cup
  • Cocoa Powder 3/4 Cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • milk
  • butter for shallow frying
  • Fruits: apple, kiwi, mangoes, peach, etc.
  • Dry fruits: cashews, almonds, pistachios, walnuts.
  • Whipping cream 1 cup
  • Nutella 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate sauce for decoration

How to make Stuffed Chocolate Crepe

  1. Sieve together APF, cocoa powder and baking powder. Add sugar and knead with milk. Add vanilla essence and mix. Adjust pouring consistency. Let it rest for approx. 20 min till sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Take dosa tawa apply butter. Put a ladle of batter and make crepes. Cook it nicely from both sides and keep it aside.
  3. Take whipping cream, add castor sugar, vanilla essence and beat it from low to high speed to form peaks.
  4. Take a crepe, apply little nutella, now spread whipped cream, in the centre put finely chopped fruits and nuts. Now roll it and pack it with toothpicks.
  5. Apply nutella again and decorate with chocolate sauce.
  6. Serve it chilled.

My Tip:

Keep the batter little thick so that its edges look beautiful.
