ABOUT Healthy Paneer Burger RECIPE

This is very yummy and healthy too, with all the green veggies in it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100gms of paneer,
  2. four boiled potatoes of medium size ,
  3. Mint Coriander / Dhania pudina chutney 2 tbsp
  4. 1/4 bunch of palak or spinach ,
  5. Grated carrots 2
  6. capaicum 1 chopped finely
  7. Cabbage shredded 1/2 bowl
  8. grated processed cheese 5-6 tsp
  9. Oil around 2- 3 tsp
  10. Rice flour 2 spoons or more

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl. Add mashed potatoes and paneer.
  2. Mix dhania pudina chutney. Add salt as per taste.
  3. Add chat masala and chopped spinach.
  4. Add rice flour, mix well.
  5. Roll in the shape of small roti with rolling pin, with plastic sheet underneath or with your palms.
  6. Put oil on hot tawa or grilling pan and keep the flame on high.
  7. Put that roti on tawa.
  8. Now put grated carrots, capsicum and cabbage on the top of roti.
  9. cover it with grated cheese.
  10. Roll out one more same size roti and put on the top of grated cheese.
  11. press it gently.
  12. Please note that flame has to be on medium high. Once it is done on the down side, flip it on the other side which is not cooked.
  13. Put oil. Once it is done on both sides take it out.
  14. Serve with mint coriander chutney and tomato ketchup.
