Ingredients to make Choco Lava Cup Cake

  • Refine flour(maida) 1 1/2 tablespoon
  • sugar powdered 1 tablespoon
  • Cocoa powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk 4 tablespoon
  • baking soda a pinch
  • Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • butter melted 2 teaspoon
  • Chocolate chunk small size 5

How to make Choco Lava Cup Cake

  1. combine the refined flour, sugar and cocoa powder and sieve well.
  2. Add the salt, baking soda and baking powder and mix well.
  3. Add the butter and mix well.
  4. Add the milk, 1 tablespoon at a time and mix well to get a smooth batter.
  5. Pour half of it into microwave safe muffin mould and push the chocolate chunk right into the center of the batter.
  6. Top all with the remaining batter.
  7. Microwave on a high for 3 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream.

My Tip:

You can serve butterscotch instead of vanilla ice cream.
