Sumptuous butter beans curry made with home made masalas.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Butter beans - 200 gm
  2. Potatoes - 200 gm
  3. Mustard seeds - Saute
  4. Urad dal - Saute
  5. Gram dal - Saute
  6. Garlic - full
  7. Chopped Onions - 100 gm
  8. Chilly powder - little
  9. Turmeric powder - little
  10. Butter - 50 gm
  11. Salt

Instructions

  1. Boil water and add the butter bean first and once it is medium cooked, add potatoes in medium flame and keep aside.
  2. To another pan, add oil, mustard, urad dal, gram dal (optional), garlic - full , add little chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder.
  3. After 2 mins, add the boiled beans to the mixture.
  4. Finally, drop little butter to the dish!
