Ingredients to make Vanilla Tutti Fruity Cooker Cake

  • maida 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar half cup
  • Oil or butter 1/4 cup
  • Milk powder or condensed milk 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Tutti fruity, dry nuts 1/4 cup
  • Milk as required

How to make Vanilla Tutti Fruity Cooker Cake

  1. Sieve maida, milk powder, baking powder and baking soda 2 times and keep aside.
  2. Preheat cooker by removing its ring and whistle and add salt or sand in bottom. Put steel rack or round ring in the bottom.
  3. Now mix oil, powdered sugar and condensed milk if not using milk powder.
  4. Now mix dry and wet ingredients and mix until fluffy.
  5. Now add milk little by little and keep mixing till cake batter like consistency if achieved.
  6. Now pour the batter in a greased tin and put it in cooker and close the lid. Bake for nearly 35 to 40 minutes and check using a toothpick. The cake is baked if the toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Now take out from the cooker let it cool and serve.

Minimum hw much v can use milk n if v r doing egg cake thn hw much egg should be taken
