Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 boiled potatoes
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 2 tbsp Oil
  4. Ghee for roasting
  5. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  6. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  7. Pinch of asefotedia
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  10. 2 chooped green chillis
  11. 1 ysp ginger garlic paste
  12. 1/2 tsp mango powder
  13. salt as per taste
  14. 1/2 tsp sugar
  15. 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  16. For dough
  17. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  18. salt as per taste
  19. 1 tbsp oil
  20. Water as required
  21. 1 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take wheat flour,salt and oil .knead the soft dough
  2. In a pan add oil,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,asefotedia,stir it and add green chilli paste , ginger garlic paste and chopped onions and stir well.
  3. Add mashed potatoes, add salt,and mix it well. Add 1 TSP lemon juice and mix well.Keep aside.
  4. Take a ball of wheat flour dough and stuff the potato mixture in it.Cover from all sides and roll it.
  5. Roast it on hot griddle .Add 1 TSP ghee or butter.
  6. Flip and roast from other side.
  7. Serve with green chutney and sauce.
