ABOUT Chocolate Cake Filled Baked Apple RECIPE

A delicious chocolate cake stuffed baked apple dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 1

Apple 1
Chocolate 4 cubes dairy milk
Butter 2 tbsp
Cocoa powder ½ tbsp
Maida ½ tbsp
sugar 2 tbsp
Baking Powder a pinch
Milk or water 1-2 tbsp

Instructions

Take the apple and remove most of the core, leaving about ¼ inch at the bottom. Set aside.
Melt the butter, sugar and chocolate in a small bowl.
Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, milk and make a smooth batter.
Peel the skin of the apple and pour the batter into the centre.
Put the batter filled apple in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high without cover for 3-4 mins.
Take it out let it cool down for 5 mins, cut and serve as it is or over a dollop of Ice-cream.
