Ingredients to make SPROUTS WITH A TWIST

  • Dahi (curd)-100gms
  • Meethi chutney- 2 tbsp
  • Sprouted moong dal- 1 cup
  • Peas- 3 tbsp
  • Paneer- 3 tbsp chopped
  • Onion- 1 chopped
  • Tomato- 1 chopped
  • Potato- 2 boiled and chopped
  • Sev- 4 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves- 1/4 cup chopped
  • Hing- a pinch
  • Oil- 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to make SPROUTS WITH A TWIST

  1. Steam dal, beans and peas for two minutes.Mix onion, potatoes tomatoes, green chili, salt and coriander leaves. Heat oil add jeera (cumin seeds) & cook till they splutter.
  2. Add hing and remove from fire.Mix this oil into the sprouted mixture. To serve, first put the mixture of dal in serving bowl, then pour the dahi on it.
  3. After that pour chutney on the top and serve. Sprinkle sev at the time of serving Garnish with coriander leaves
My Tip: green chutney can also be used.
