Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup cream for ganashe
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup melted choclate
  4. 1 choclate sponge cake
  5. 1 tsp coffee essence or vanilla
  6. 1 cup wipped cream for garnish
  7. 1 cup plain coffee syurp
  8. 1 cup strawberry crush
  9. 1 cup choclate shaving
  10. 5 cherry

Instructions

  1. FOR CHOCLATE GANASHE
  2. 1:2 ratio of choclate and cream is needed
  3. Whip melted choclate and cream together and slowly add powdered sugar to it , whip using electric beater until thick, then cool this in freeze until set
  4. Whip cream by adding coffee essence and powdered sugar until peaks are foam then transfer to piping bag.
  5. FOR STRAWBERRY CRUSH
  6. Put 1/2cup strawberry in a pan with 3 tsp sugar and cook until thick.
  7. Take choclate cake cut into small pieces. And pour plain coffee syurp on it.
  8. Take shot glasses and put choclate ganashe first at base then put choclate cake then top it with strawberry crush , then put another layer of choclate ganashe. You can also place another layer of cake its optional , finish it with wipped cream .
  9. Garnish it with choclate shaving and cherry.
  10. Put it in freeze for 1 hour . Serve chill.
