ABOUT Crunchy Porridge Rolls RECIPE

This is very yummy, healthy and tasty snack.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup porridge
  2. 1 cup paneer mashed
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder or as per taste
  5. 1-2 green chilli chopped
  6. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder or as per your taste
  7. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  8. finely chopped coriander
  9. Juice of half a lemon
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash porridge, soak it in fresh water for 2 hours.
  2. Take out extra water on a kitchen cloth.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients except bread crumbs in a bowl.
  4. Mix properly and shape it in rolls or cylindrical shape.
  5. Coat with breadcrumbs and fry.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
