Ingredients to make Healthy ladoo

  • Flax seeds 1/2 cup
  • dates 1 cup
  • walnut 1/2 cup
  • almond 1/2 cup
  • Chia seeds 2 tsp

How to make Healthy ladoo

  1. Dry roast flax seeds and grind with chia seeds in a mixer
  2. Add walnuts, almonds and grind again.
  3. Grind dates in a mixer with a little water into a coarse paste.
  4. Mix all ingredients well.
  5. Make as ladoos in desired size.

Very healthy - no sugar or jaggery
