Chocolate Pinwheel

Ingredients to make Chocolate Pinwheel

  • Marie biscuit 2 packs
  • 100 gms Cocoa powder or chocolate powder
  • Mixed dry fruits 1/2 cup
  • 1 tsp food colour
  • 100 gms butter
  • 1/2 tsp sugar if required

How to make Chocolate Pinwheel

  1. Grind the biscuits in a mixer.
  2. Divide them into two parts, one a little more than the other.
  3. In the bigger part mix chocolate powder and add more than half of the butter. Mix well to make a dough.
  4. In the other part add any food colouring in the remaining butter and also make a soft dough.
  5. Roll the bigger dough into a chapati, on a plastic sheet and keep aside.
  6. Make chapatti of the second dough and place it on the bigger chapati. Spread dryfruits and start rolling it with the help of plastic sheet.
  7. Wrap up the plastic sheet and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  8. Cut and serve.

My Tip:

Use melted chocolate also as it will taste better.
