Ingredients to make Stuffed Mushroom wtih Butter veggies sauce

  • mushrooms 10 (big)
  • corn boiled - 2 tbsp
  • capsicum - 2 tbsp, finely chopped
  • maida - 2 tsp
  • butter - 2 tsp
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Blackpepper - 1/8 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • onion - 1, small chopped
  • Cheese as required

How to make Stuffed Mushroom wtih Butter veggies sauce

  1. Heat butter in a pan. Add onion and saute for 1 minute. Add corn and capsicum fry it. Add black pepper and salt. Add half of the cheese.
  2. Remove the corn and capsicum and use it to fill in the mushrooms. Make the sauce by adding butter and maida to this pan. Roast well, the add the milk. Mix well to avoid any lumps. Simmer and keep aside.
  3. Clean the mushroom and wash well.
  4. Stuff the mushrooms with corn and capsicum. Sprinkle cheese on top. Grilled it for 10 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
  5. Serve hot with sauce.
