Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 kg Chicken
  2. 1/2 kg onions
  3. 250 gm ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 cup curd
  5. 1 tsp chilli powder, coriender powder, haldi
  6. 6-7 dry red chilli paste
  7. 3 tsp salt
  8. 1 cup Ghee/butter
  9. DRY MASALA FOR ROSTING
  10. 7-8 black pepper corns
  11. 1 CINAMON STICK
  12. 3-4 GREEN CARDAMOM
  13. 1 javetri flower
  14. 3 bay leaves
  15. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  16. 5-6 cloves

Instructions

  1. First rost all spices and grind it .
  2. FOR MARNATION Add 1 tsp red chilli, coriander powder, haldi, to whipped curd. then add this to chicken, add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp red chilli paste. And rub it nicely to chicken and marinate this for 1 hour.
  3. Heat grind all onions and green chilli together then put it in 3tsp ghee and cook till it started leaving ghee.
  4. Heat some ghee in a pan then add marinated chicken one by one and fry from both side and take it out do this with all pieces of chicken then put all togethor in same pan , then put the remaining marination, roasted onions, remaining ginger garlic paste, red chilli paste , salt to taste. And mix it properly then let it simmer on medium flame for 10 min then add dry roasted powder mix. And cover it on medium flame for 30-40 min or until ghee comes out.
  5. Check out the chicken by cutting it with knife wheather cooked or not. Then garnish with fresh corriender leafs.
  6. Serve hot with roti or naan.
