Multigrain Buttery Chaat

Ingredients to make Multigrain Buttery Chaat

  • peanuts 1/2 cup
  • Whole wheat 1/2 cup
  • Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  • Moong 1/2 cup
  • black gram 1/2 cup
  • butter 50 grams
  • green chillies 5-6 chopped
  • chilly flakes 1 packet
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp

How to make Multigrain Buttery Chaat

  1. Soak all grains except sweet corn for 50 minutes.
  2. Now steam all grains with sweet corns and butter for 5 minutes in a pressure cooker.
  3. Serve hot with lemon juice and chilly flakes, salt and green chillies.

My Tip:

Serve hot and you may add any seasonal veggies like fresh peas and broccoli.
