  • Patties:
  • 2 raw bananas boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup boiled peas
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 4-5 small cheese cubes
  • To shallow fry:
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup all purpose flour, corn flour slurry
  • 1 cup bread crumbs to fry
  • Cheesy risotto:
  • 1 cup boiled risotto rice
  • 1/2 cup boiled corn kennels
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • For cheesy dip: 1 cup milk, 3 tbsp corn flour slurry, 1 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp cheese spread, 1 tsp oregano
  • Red sauce penne pasta:
  • 1 cup finely chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 2 cup boiled pasta
  • Veggies:
  • 1 cup carrot slices
  • 2 cup boiled beans chopped
  • 1 cup boiled peas
  • 1/2 cup capsicum spices
  • 1/2 cup corn kennels
  • 1/4 cup baby corns
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • French fries:
  • 1 cup raw bananas slices
  • oil to fry
  • Sizzler making:
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4-5 cabbage leaves
  • 1/2 cup vinegar mixed with bit water and butter
  • Grated cheese and olives to garnish

How to make Jain Italian Sizzler (No potato, No onion, No garl

  1. Patties preparation:
  2. In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients, take small portion of that and put cheese cube in center and make small patty from that. Prepare others as well.
  3. Dip them into slurry, rub into bread crumbs and on nonstick pan shallow fry them with butter.
  4. Keep then aside.
  5. Cheesy risotto:
  6. First to make cheesy dip, in pan add milk, after 2 mins add corn flour slurry, butter and cheese and cook for 2 mins.
  7. Once it gets thicken, remove from heat.
  8. Now in another pan, add butter, all other ingredients and rice and mix it well.
  9. Add cheesy dip into it and mix it well. Keep a side.
  10. Red sauce penne pasta:
  11. In a pan add butter, chopped tomatoes, other dry ingredients, olives and pasta and mix it well. Keep aside.
  12. Veggies:
  13. In a pan add butter, all veggies and dry ingredients and mix it well. Keep aside.
  14. French fries:
  15. Deep fry raw bananas slices, once it is golden brown, remove from heat and sprinkle some salt and pepper on it.
  16. Sizzler preparation:
  17. In a big nonstick pan, put butter and cabbage leaves on that.
  18. On one side put pasta, put the veggies and French fries, on center put risotto and on top of that put the patty. Now on to of that put grated cheese and olive to garnish.
  19. Now sprinkle the vinegar, water and butter mixture on the surroundings with high flame of gas and serve hot this delicious Italian sizzler!
