Ghiya and Cucumber Juice

Ingredients to make Ghiya and Cucumber Juice

  • Ghiya 200 gms
  • cucumber 300 gms
  • tulsi leaves 5
  • lemon juice half lemon
  • black salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

How to make Ghiya and Cucumber Juice

  1. Peel ghiya and cucumber.
  2. Chop them into small pieces.
  3. Put chopped ghiya, cucumber , tulsi leaves, black salt , black pepper and lemon juice into the blender.
  4. Blend them for some time.
  5. Strain it through a sieve.
  6. Serve cold.

My Tip:

You can also use basil leaves instead of tulsi, a great juice for weight loss.
