Volcanic garlic chutney

Ingredients to make Volcanic garlic chutney

  • Garlic 4 big cloves
  • Fresh Curry leaves 1 cup
  • One cup fresh coconut chopped
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Peanuts 1/4 cup
  • Green chillies 20
  • Lemon salt 1/2 tbsp
  • Asofoetida 1 tbsp

How to make Volcanic garlic chutney

  1. In a big bowl put all ingredients n pour two cups of water. Soak overnight.
  2. Next day, put the mixture in a grinder blender and grind.
  3. Temper it with mustard seeds n asofoetida n grind again.
My Tip: Serve with Idli
