Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bread 5 pcs large slice
  2. Bread crumbs
  3. Egg 2 pcs
  4. Corn 1 normal size cup
  5. Water as required
  6. Salted Butter - (you will need enough butter for frying and stuffing)
  7. Salted Cheese cubes 6-7 pcs
  8. Jeera powder 1 large tablespoon
  9. Golmirch powder 1 medium-sized tablespoon
  10. Chilly flakes 1 medium-sized tablespoon
  11. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. First you need to boil the corns. Till it get soft and get easily broken with hands. Keep it aside
  2. Now, prepare of cheese. In a bowl add cheese cubes (smashed it with hand) add jeera powder, salt, chilly flakes, golmirch powder, and boiled corns. Keep it aside
  3. Now, take bread slice cut the outer side of it and make it little wet with some water. Put the water lightly in bread slice and press the bread with your fingers. And stuff the prepared cheese and butter into it. And make it oval in shape. You are going to do same for each bread slices
  4. Now in a bowl add eggs. And in a plate put the bread crumbs. Take the stuffed bread and dip it to the egg and then roll it in bread crumbs.
  5. In a pan let the butter get melt and hot. Now add bread to the pan for deep frying. Fry it till it get light brown in colour.
  6. Your yummy recipe is ready to eat. Enjoy it with mayo or any kind of sauce you like.
  7. Serve hot.
