Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken 1 kg
  2. Butter 100 gm
  3. Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  5. Salt
  6. Onion 3
  7. Tomato 3
  8. Garlic 15 pods
  9. Fennel 1 tsp
  10. Cashew 50 gm
  11. Kasoori methi 2 tsp
  12. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  13. Sugar 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken with turmeric powder and salt. In a kadai pour 50gm butter and saute onion, garlic and tomato till they become mushy and allow to cool completely. After that grind it into a fine paste.
  2. In a kadai add remaining butter and splutter fennel, add chili powder and 1/2 tsp turmeric and saute. Then add the above paste , cashew powder and boiled chicken to it. When it starts to boil add sugar, Kasoori methi, coriander leaves.
  3. Saute well and serve Hot.

Hi.. tried your recipe today.. turned out awesome.. just that with grinding masala i added little milk and grinded. Was more creamy. Thanks.
