Ingredients to make Roasted Lemon Garlic Chicken

  • Fresh chicken fillet 1 packet. ( 259 to 300 grams )
  • curd 1 tbsp
  • ginger Paste 1 Tsp
  • garlic paste 1 tsp
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Basil 1 tsp
  • Thyme 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • chicken seasoning 1 tsp
  • olive oil 3 tbsp
  • pepper 1 tsp

How to make Roasted Lemon Garlic Chicken

  1. Cut chicken in small pieces.
  2. Marinate with salt, turmeric, ginger paste garlic paste and curd, refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Now take it out and add lemon juice, herbs, paprika powder, 2 tbsp olive oil and again refrigerate for half an hour.
  4. Now prepare heat oven, grease your baking bowl, add 1 tbsp olive oil and chicken seasoning.
  5. Transfer in a baking bowl and bake at 200 degree for half an hour. According to the size of pieces, adjust time.

My Tip:

Marinating with curd helps the chicken to cook fast and soften. You can spread butter if you want to make it buttery.
