Ingredients to make Butterlicious Aloo Parantha

  • 4-5 boiled potatoes
  • 1/4th tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4th tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • salt to taste
  • dough (wheat flour)
  • 1 tbsp butter

How to make Butterlicious Aloo Parantha

  1. For Stuffing:
  2. mash boiled potatoes.
  3. add all dry masalas and mix properly.
  4. add coriander leaves.
  5. mix properly.
  6. take a dough roll into a small roti.
  7. put potato mixture into the small roti close it make a small ball (potli).
  8. then again roll it down to make parantha.
  9. take a tawa put this rolled down roti in it cook it and turn it.
  10. spread little butter and turn the side again, spread butter.
  11. cook from both the sides.
  12. serve with butter.
