Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat Flour- 1 cup
  2. Urad Dal- 1/2 cup
  3. Asafoetida a pinch
  4. Red chilly powder to taste
  5. Aniseed powder to taste
  6. Aamchur powder to taste
  7. Dry ginger powder to taste
  8. Garam masala to taste
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil - 2tbsp
  11. Gram flour 1/2 cup
  12. Maida 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take 1 cup wheat flour with half cup gram flour and half cup maida. Add salt and 2 tbsp of oil. Knead together and keep aside. Par boil the Urad dal.
  2. Now grind the dal with all the balance ingredients and make a paste .
  3. Make small balls of the flour mixture and stuff some dal mixture in it. Roll it flat as a poori. Deep fry.
