Ingredients to make Apple Cinnamon Pear Sooji Cake

  • sooji 2 cups
  • curd 1 cup
  • sugar 3/4 th cup
  • butter ( unsalted ) 1/2 cup
  • eggs 2
  • apple 1( medium ) grated
  • Blush pear 1 ( medium ) grated
  • cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • baking soda 1/4 tsp

How to make Apple Cinnamon Pear Sooji Cake

  1. Beat butter and sugar for 5 minutes.
  2. Keep adding curd and beat.
  3. Sift sooji and baking powder and baking soda.
  4. Add to the butter curd mixture.
  5. Beat eggs and add.
  6. Add cinnamon powder and few drops of vanilla essence.
  7. Preheat oven , grease and baking tray , spread the mixture and bake for 20 minutes on 220 degree

My Tip:

Grate apple and pear coarsely. So that the water in fruit doesn't make the mixture more thin.
