Wash potatoes very well.
Slice very thin using a slicer.
Grease a microwave safe plate/tray with oil.
Place a layer of the sliced potatoes.
Put it in the microwave for 5-7 minutes.
Take the tray out and Allow them to cool.
Repeat for all slices
My Tip: If the chips aren't as crisp as you like, you can finish them off in the air fryer.
