Microwave Potato Chips
- Potato 5
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1/2 tsp
- Wash potatoes very well.
- Slice very thin using a slicer.
- Grease a microwave safe plate/tray with oil.
- Place a layer of the sliced potatoes.
- Sprinkle salt.
- Put it in the microwave for 5-7 minutes.
- Take the tray out and Allow them to cool.
My Tip: If the chips aren't as crisp as you like, you can finish them off in the air fryer.
