Quick, healthy & tasty version of potato chips.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Potato 5
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 tsp

Recipe Preparation

  1. Wash potatoes very well.
  2. Slice very thin using a slicer.
  3. Grease a microwave safe plate/tray with oil.
  4. Place a layer of the sliced potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle salt.
  6. Put it in the microwave for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Take the tray out and Allow them to cool.
My Tip: If the chips aren't as crisp as you like, you can finish them off in the air fryer.
