Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 big raw potatoes grated
  2. 2 tsp gram flour
  3. 1cup chopped vegetables(beans,carrot,tomato,capsicum)
  4. 1/2tsp Ginger and garlic paste
  5. 2 green chillies chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 3/4tsp carom seeds
  8. 1/3tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1/2tsp Red chilly powder
  10. 1/2tsp italian herbs
  11. Fresh chopped coriander leaves
  12. Butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add grated potatoes, gram flour, ginger and garlic paste ,green chillies, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, Italian herbs , coriander leaves and mix well make thick batter.
  2. Heat pan spread butter then spread batter with spoon and let it cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
  3. Then spread butter on pancake and turn to cook other side for 1 min.
  4. Then serve hot with pudina chutney or tomato sauce.
