Ingredients to make Butter Potato Pancakes

  • 2 big raw potatoes grated
  • 2 tsp gram flour
  • 1cup chopped vegetables(beans,carrot,tomato,capsicum)
  • 1/2tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 3/4tsp carom seeds
  • 1/3tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/2tsp italian herbs
  • Fresh chopped coriander leaves
  • butter for frying

How to make Butter Potato Pancakes

  1. Take a bowl add grated potatoes, gram flour, ginger and garlic paste ,green chillies, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, Italian herbs , coriander leaves and mix well make thick batter.
  2. Heat pan spread butter then spread batter with spoon and let it cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
  3. Then spread butter on pancake and turn to cook other side for 1 min.
  4. Then serve hot with pudina chutney or tomato sauce.
