Ingredients to make Dominos Style Atta Garlic Bread

  • 2 cup all purpose flour /wheat flour
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil / vegetable oil
  • 2 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 10-12 garlic Cloves
  • Italian herbs
  • oregano

How to make Dominos Style Atta Garlic Bread

  1. Take a big bowl add all purpose flour, salt, sugar,italian herbs , oregano ,oil, yeast, melted butter and make dough with warm water after making dough apply oil on dough and keep it in covered bowl for 1 hour.
  2. Take 2 small bowl in one bowl add room temperature butter and grated garlic and mix.
  3. In another bowl take only butter now divide the dough in 4 portions take one portion sprinkle flour and roll it.
  4. After rolling on half side, apply garlic butter and fold the other half.
  5. Leaving the half inch from folded side just cut the dough but it should not get separated, then apply normal butter and sprinkle Italian herbs and oregano.
  6. Preheat otg on 180° and bake on 180° for 15 mins.
