Ingredients to make Carrot Momos with White Dipping Sauce

  • Grated paneer - 1/4 th cup
  • Chopped pistachios - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic and ginger - 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chillies - 1
  • Boiled corns - 1 tbsp
  • salt
  • carrot paste - 3 tbsp
  • besan - 1 tbsp
  • maida - 1/4 th cup
  • butter - 1 tsp
  • cream - 1 tbsp
  • yoghurt - 2 tbsp
  • Grated garlic - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper powder

How to make Carrot Momos with White Dipping Sauce

  1. Mix the grated Paneer, pistachios, chopped garlic, ginger, chillies, salt and keep aside.
  2. Now for the outer covering, mix besan, maida, salt and carrot paste , butter together to form a dough.
  3. Take small rounds of the dough, roll them and fill with the grated Paneer. Steam them for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix cream, yoghurt, salt, pepper, and grated garlic to form a smooth sauce. Serve the Momos with it
