Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Eggs 4
  2. Red bell paper small one piece
  3. yellow bell pepper small one piece
  4. green capsicum small one piece
  5. 1 onion chopped
  6. 1 garlic chopped
  7. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  8. milk 1/2 cup
  9. refine oil 3 tablespoon
  10. Greated Mozzarella cheese cups
  11. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. heat 2 tbsp refined oil in a pan
  2. added chopped garlic and chopped onions and Saute 2minits
  3. now added all vegetables and salt and saute 2minit
  4. after 2 minute now added coriander leaves and black pepper powder and off gas
  5. take a pot and breaks 4 eggs and added some salt and milk and mix well
  6. take a microwave bowl and oil brush
  7. and give the all fry vegetables
  8. this egg better cover fry vegetable
  9. one cup of grated Mozzarella cheese liquid the vegetables and egg better
  10. And baked 180°C tempareture 40minit.
