Ingredients to make Tricolour Cookies

  • Three cup all purpose flour
  • Five spoon white butter
  • One and half tsp baking powder
  • Five to six spoon milk
  • Pinch of orange food colour
  • Pinch of green colour
  • 1 1/2 cup powder sugar
  • Chopped almonds

How to make Tricolour Cookies

  1. Mix butter and sugar.
  2. Add all purpose flour, baking powder and milk and make a soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough into three parts.
  4. Mix orange colour in one part and knead again.
  5. Mix green colour in second part and knead the dough again.
  6. Third part is white.
  7. Cover the dough with aluminum foil paper and keep it refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  8. After 30 minutes. Make little balls and press with palm lightly.
  9. Spread some chopped almonds on the cookies.
  10. Bake in kadahi for 15 minutes.

My Tip:

When you bake in kadAhi always preheat the kadahi for 10 minutes.
